  2. Orders placed online, by phone, or in person are final once confirmed.

  3. Any special requests are considered a request only; we may not always fulfill them.

5. Payment Terms

  1. Payments can be made by:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • In-house payments at the restaurant

  2. You authorize us to charge the full amount of your order (including taxes, delivery charges, and any other fees).

6. Delivery

  1. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.

  2. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  3. Delivery areas, charges, and minimum order value may apply.

7. Menu & Pricing

  1. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Menu items, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.

  3. We aim to display accurate information, but occasional errors may occur; in such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and adjust orders accordingly.

8. Refund & Replacement Policy

  1. Claims must be made within:

    • 30 minutes for delivery orders

    • Before leaving for dine-in orders

  2. Refunds or replacements are available ONLY if:

    • You received incorrect items

    • Items are missing from your order

    • Food quality issues (e.g., spoiled or unsafe to consume)

  3. Refunds are processed via the original payment method (for online payment) or as store credit/voucher, as determined by management.

  4. We do NOT provide refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Consumption of food

    • Delays not caused by us

    • Issues reported after the allowed timeframe

9. Use of Website/App
